MÔI TRƯỜNG AN TOÀN

Môi trường học tập an toàn là nơi học sinh cảm thấy an toàn, thoải mái và tự tin cho quá trình học tập của mình. Trách nhiệm của giáo viên là tạo ra và duy trì một môi trường học tập an toàn.

Luôn kiểm tra nguy hiểm vô hình và nguy hiểm có thể nhìn thấy trong lớp học, sân chơi,... Loại bỏ nguy hiểm ngay lập tức và thông báo cho Ban quản lý và thầy Mueller.

• Nguy hiểm có thể nhìn thấy như dao, kéo, chai lọ đựng hóa chất tẩy rửa, nước trên sàn, ...

• Nguy hiểm vô hình như người lạ, học sinh ở một mình, ăn nhầm thức ăn, mức độ căng thẳng của giáo viên, và thái độ giảng dạy của giáo viên...

Ngay khi giáo viên nhận thấy/nhìn thấy được nguy hiểm, giáo viên phải loại bỏ nguy hiểm ngay lập tức, hoặc yêu cầu sự hỗ trợ trong đội ngũ. Nếu tình huống vượt tầm kiểm soát của giáo viên, hãy báo ngay với thầy Mueller và ban quản lý để kịp thời xủ lý.

SAFE ENVIRONMENT

A safe learning environment is where students feel safe, comfortable and confident in their learning process. It is the teacher's responsibility to create and maintain a safe learning environment.

Always check for visible and invisible hazards in classrooms, playgrounds, etc. Remove hazards immediately and notify Management and Mr. Mueller.

• Visible dangers such as knives, scissors, bottles of cleaning chemicals, water on the floor, ...

• Invisible dangers such as strangers, students being alone, eating the wrong food, teachers' stress levels, and teachers' teaching attitudes...
  
  

As soon as the teacher perceives/sees the danger, the teacher must remove the danger immediately, or request support within the team. If the situation is beyond the teacher's control, immediately notify Mr. Mueller and the administration for timely handling.
