Nhằm bảo vệ, ổn định trật tự quản lý trên các lĩnh vực và loại trừ những hành vi vi phạm, hạn chế những hậu quả xấu có thể xảy ra do hành vi vi phạm đó gây ra.

Một tập thể có tính kỷ luật cao được tạo nên từ những cá nhân có tính kỷ luật. Bản thân nhân viên có tính kỷ luật sẽ taọ ra là cộng đồng văn minh, làm việc theo khuôn mẫu, chuẩn mực, sống có trách nhiệm với bản thân, tập thể và xã hội.

Việc xử lý kỷ luật nhằm mục đích chấn chỉnh lại thái độ, nhận thức của người vi phạm để họ có thể rút kinh nghiệm cho bản thân.

Chính sách này áp dụng cho tất cả nhân viên của SENBOX

PURPOSE

In order to protect and stabilize the management order in the fields and eliminate violations, limit the bad consequences that may occur due to such violations.

Disciplinary action is aimed at correcting the attitude and perception of violators so that they can learn from their own experiences.
